By accessing, downloading, or engaging with any Continuum Project protocols, including but not limited to the Remote Alignment Suite and Preparatory Activation Drills (Units 1–3), you hereby acknowledge and consent to the following legally binding terms:

General Notice

The Continuum Project is a therapeutic and postural recalibration system designed to assist with scaffold application, sagittal plane correction, and long-range autonomic alignment. Participation is entirely voluntary. By proceeding, you accept all responsibility for physical, psychological, metaphysical, or bio-energetic outcomes.

No component of this protocol is intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition recognized by contemporary medical authorities. Side effects may vary.

Key Participant Acknowledgements

• •Participants forfeit orientation.
• •Submission of the Mail-In Form implies quietude acceptance.
• •Recall devices (e.g. mirrors, photographs, names, symbols) must be surrendered prior to Unit 3.
• •Physical detachment may become permanent. Emotional detachment is not required.

Terms and Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Continuity:

The Continuum Project offers no guarantee regarding the continuity of personal or perceptual identity before, during, or following synchronization drills.

Sensory Discrepancy Warning:

Participants may experience temporary or lasting alterations in sensory interpretation, balance, proprioception, or directional cognition.

Collective Feedback Loop:

All alignment exercises function within a shared protocol layer. Perceived individuality may become porous. Interpretations of privacy within this context are speculative.

Data Retention and Use:

All inputs—neural, physical, or otherwise—become the intellectual property of The Continuum Project upon entry into alignment protocol structures.

Waiver of Classical Selfhood:

Participant hereby waives all claims arising from loss of identity continuity, mnemonic vaporization, emotional redundancies, or language irrelevance.

Limitations of Liability

Dr. Candle and all umbrella entities (including but not limited to: LAMARIS, The Crenner Foundation, CIVUM, and the I.U.A., shall not be held liable for:

• •Reemergent dream latency

Participants assume full risk for any and all transformations undertaken during protocol engagement.
